Malaga City Tour & Alcazaba
Enjoy strolling a city with more than 3,000 years of history on segway
We leave Pier One in the Port of Malaga, we cross Pier Two enjoying the "Palmeral de las Sorpresas" towards the Cathedral, located in front of the Plaza del Obispo and one of the most valuable Renaissance gems of Andalusia.
We went through the Picasso Museum, the old Palacio de los Condes de Buenavista and one of the two art galleries dedicated to the artist in his city. We go through the Plaza de la Merced, observing all the perspectives of the neoclassical Obelisk that stands in the middle as a tribute to General Torrijos. From there we can see the birthplace of Picasso, which Foundation promotes since the end of the 90's many and varied works to publicize the painter further than the House where he was born.
Here, on our Segway, we reach the Roman Amphitheatre, built by César Augusto in the ancient Roman city of Malaca and that was discovered in 1951 during the construction of the Palace of Archives and Libraries (House of culture).
In the middle of this journey through time, we go to the Alcazaba, palatial fortification of the Muslim period at the foot of the Monte Gibralfaro, and allow ourselves to be seduced by the story and the beautiful views of the Bay of Malaga.
Returning to the city, we rolled up to the Plaza de Uncibay which gets its name from the Basque captain Fernando de Uncibay, who led the conquest of Malaga under the command of the Catholic monarchs. We continue our journey through the Plaza de la Constitución to the famous Calle Larios, built in century 19th by the family of the same name and converted today into the fifth shopping street more expensive in Spain.
Back to our starting point, we travel to finish the wonderful Paseo del Parque, which houses inside the Town Hall and that constitutes one of the most important parks in Europe in terms of tropical flora.
Thus we return to Pier One with the feeling of travelling between an old and a new Malaga.
If you want to know the historical center of the city and rest on the wall of the Alcazaba with a unique view of the Port, you cannot miss our "City Tour Alcazaba”.

"An amazing experience"
To start using this device is somewhat different. I had never done it and I thought was incredible. On the other hand, a city tour in the is the best way to explore it. And finally a salute to Sergio that I attended as well and that had me so patiently.

"So fun I recommend with children"
We were a Saturday at 4 p.m., the tour lasted 1 hour, and we had never before uploaded on a segway. We went with children of 12 years and pump passed it. We learned very interesting things from Malaga and enjoy the city from another perspective.
Super nice, educated staff and patients, teach you the management and are very nice.
I recommend it for a good time of laughter and entertainment. We will certainly return.
